O\u0159echy obsahuj\u00ed spoustu (zdrav\u00e9ho) tuku. Existuje v\u0161ak v\u00edce slo\u017eek, kter\u00e9 kompenzuj\u00ed tuto &#8222;ztr\u00e1tu&#8220;, aby se zachovala chu\u0165 nebo spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 pocity v \u00fastech. To bohu\u017eel nejsou dost \u010dasto p\u0159\u00edrodn\u00ed ingredience. Zdrav\u00e9 rostlinn\u00e9 tuky jsou sice \u017eivotn\u011b d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 a bez cukru, ale p\u0159esto takov\u00fd produkt z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 zbyte\u010dnou sladkost\u00ed. 8.
